Message	i dd a '00 9-3 turbo 5spd. the pedals are really close to each other, makes it uncomfortable. otherwise it's fun to drive, and reliable. 185k miles, turbo was replaced. doesn't compare to Z32 at all. my dad and i work on saab's at his repair shop, and they are solid cars. gm messed them up. some common issues we deal with on older models (pre-03). electronics in the dash become blurry(unreadable)! oil sludge can kill the turbo or engine if oil changes aren't done regularly. pcv hose setup needs to reconfigured with update kit. DIC, direct ignition cassette which is basically a coilpack often goes bad and car won't start. neutral safety switch, same as above. i haven't dealth with any viggens unfortunately :( ------------------------------------------------------------------------
